TEAMS: Kentucky (knocked off two SEC opponents that will be in the NCAA Tournament: Florida, by 20 points, and Vanderbilt, by six); Duke (rallied from 10 points down late to edge North Carolina at the buzzer in Chapel Hill via a 3-pointer by freshman Austin Rivers and Maryland by 18 in Durham); Syracuse (pulled off home Big East victories over Georgetown and Connecticut); Kansas (hammered Big 12 foes Baylor and Oklahoma State by 14 and 15 points, respectively); Michigan State (went 3-0 in Big Ten with wins over Michigan, Penn State and Ohio State); Temple (extended A-10 winning streak to eight with home victories over George Washington and Xavier).
