Thomas Robinson: "It’s getting to the point where my agent is confused. And if he’s confused, imagine how I feel."

Andre Drummond on Anthony Davis’ refusal to say he’s going #1: "He’s a fool"

Interviews

Thomas Robinson

T-Rob on who he’s looking forward to facing at the next level: "KG. He plays the game the right way. He still plays with passion. And he hasn’t changed. He’s the same player he was."

How do you sleep at night? "I don’t."

What are you looking to bring to the table? "Energy. Rebounding, playing hard."

Weaknesses to work on? "Honestly, I feel like I’m ready. I’m real happy with my off-season work. My pre-draft training- I actually feel like I got better."

Robinson on his draft status: "The trade rumors is what throws you off. I felt very comfortable coming out of Charlotte Friday, and then a trade happens, the Wizards made a trade, and it’s stressful. You don’t want to be stressed at this time."

"It’s getting to the point where my agent is confused. And if he’s confused, imagine how I feel."

Andre Drummond

"I don’t consider myself a celebrity. I see myself as a normal person who plays the game he loves."

Drummond came off as the kid you want to play video games with on the couch or throw water balloons with off a roof. He seemed playful, likeable, humble- all the things that have caused scouts to question his passion and competitive drive.

Do you guys all view Anthony Davis as the top player in the draft? "Yea, he definitely earned that spot. There’s not too many people who could win every award possible. He won awards I never knew was there."

Bradley Beal

Beal on any fears he might have taking the next step in his career: "Fears? No. I"m confident. Not arrogant, but confident in my ability to make an impact."

Favorite comparison? "Ray Allen, I’d say that’s a pretty fair comparison."

Any memories of watching Michael Jordan? "Well, I was born the year he retired, so… no."

Observations

John Henson came off as extremely bright. While I think he’s a reach in the top 10, it’s seems understandable for a team to say, "this is our guy."

Again, Drummond seemed like the most affable kid in the room. But that lack of killer instinct could cost him.

It’s easy to mistake Rivers’ confidence with arrogance. While I never shared a locker room with him, it appears as if the "cocky" adjective is thrown around too loosely. I’m a fan of the swagger.
