The Thunder were a strong play off team and have a lot of their roster in place. They could maybe do with some extra muscle and size around the basket as when Chet is on the bench they aren’t the biggest team and he isn’t really a big muscular guy in the paint. Salaun could be a fit here but is a combo forward, So it has to be a legit frontcourter.
Kel’el Ware was the next guy on my big board. But Missi and Edey come into the mix here or Chomche for upside. As the team is win now I”ll go for the most NBA ready and biggest guy in Zach Edey.
Zach will be the big body in the paint and can be teamed with Chet in say match ups against Minny for example. He’ll be there to rebound and change shots on defence. He can be used in short bursts so he can keep up with play and not really worry about scoring when SGA, Jalen and Chet are on the court. But he will always be a scoring threat in the paint and plays can be run for him with the 2nd unit.
