It was close, but it has been the 24 hours we have been having these run. Choppy broke the tie and Isaac Okoro won for Wizards.

This one is tough because there are 2 prospects that would fit really well with the Suns. Patrick Williams and Tyrese Haliburton. However, this might surprise people but I am going Kira Lewis for the Suns. James Jones seems to like more developed players rather than projects and given the Suns want to compete now, I don’t think they go Williams. Haliburton does make sense but the Suns seem to like Kira as well. I think they go Kira Lewis. I don’t think Haliburton falls this far on draft night especially when teams are valuing intangibles and Haliburton leads all those top prospects in them. I’d be ok with whatever pick happens but Kira does have more upside at this point as well.

Cole Anthony is my choice for the Suns..

I Believe the Suns plan to go for a guard..i think its between kira lewis & cole anthony….they’ve interviewed lewis twice and coach monty williams is friends with cole’s old man greg….

Suns are in a good position to land the PG of their future in this draft and should just stay put and pick whichever one is available/they like the most. I’ve got Haliburton in this draft but Kira Lewis Jr, Cole Anthony and Tyrell Terry would all be good choices. Just think they should stay away from Hampton at this high in the draft but a trade down wouldnt be bad.

I’ve got Williams as the pick here. The suns could go with a pg here but I don’t necessarily think they do, unless there is someone they are totally in love with. Williams may be somewhat raw, but he has the physical tools to develop into an elite defensive presence across multiple positions. He clearly fills a need on the roster and I think the potential will be too much to pass up.

Suns biggest need is power forward and a point guard for the future. Haliburton is my top guy on the board and fits a need for Phoenix. So Haliburton is my choice.
