Wiggins and the 2nd pick for Griffin and the 6th pick. Probably GSW says no right?

Could also work with Cleveland and Love. 5th and Love for the same package. Or just a straight swap for Wiggins. I feel like these are the only options available other than Aldridge and the 11th pick but that picks just too low and I doubt the spurs would ever trade for Wiggins.

i don’t think any of the three trades can go to GS just with those guys and a pick, but if they throw in another smaller asset they’ll hafta accept it

Yeah that won’t happen. Golden State wants cap flexibility. If the Warriors deal the pick it will be for a guy with a smaller contract/ a win now player on a decent contract.

Aldridge is on an expiring contract and would give the Warriors a really rich man’s version of that Mo Speights/David West type, jump-shooting backup center who served them so well.

No, the Spurs don’t exactly *want* Wiggins, but if the 2nd pick in the draft came with him I think they might go for it. I would if I were them — in fact I would even throw in a future lottery-protected first-rounder,, or multiple second-rounders, or maybe Samanic, if necessary to convince GSW.

why would the warriors trade down when wiggins has MORE value than love or griffin? Wiggins, who has still not reached his potential can STAY HEALTHY and that is much more useful than love or griffin… Horrible trade ideas, never mind much younger. Only way the warriors move the pick is for a package around a bradley beal, or lesser package around a big like John Collins (3 team likely)…. love and griffin are no longer good enough, nor is aldrdge
