I just watched the hawks get beat by a heatless Miami team(no Wade or James). I don’t blame it all on Josh Smith; because the loss was a team effort. Josh Smith is out there playing with noheart or motivation. When he was in highschool he was a great defender and a high flyer. I’ve seen him play to his potential in the NBA but lately he seems to be giving up on plays and not mentally fit to even be on the court withhis team mates. I think the hawks need to make a serious move before they are stuck with a bunch of players who play the same role with huge contracts.

Josh Smith would be ok if he stopped settling for the jumper, he could liveeeeeeeeee at the FT line if he wanted to, i dont get why he shoots and he know he cant shoot.

They could trade joe but the Hawks have a better chance if the move smaller contracts. They need a leader badly. Joe is not a leader he is just that team best player with a ridiculous contract. If I was the owner of the Hawks, I would try to push for Deron Williams next summer or target him before the trade deadline. They need either a floor leader and a defensive coach who knows how to get the best out of his players.

    PG Rondo

    SG Stuckey

    SF Michael Beasley
