let me be more specific What 3 teams that are not in the 2011 playoffs will win a playoff series in the next 2-3 years? 

because anyone can make the 7th or 8th spot in the playoffs but winning a series is something diffrent.

remember that 3 years ago no one would have expected Memphis or OKC to be where they are right now.

First off

The Clippers –    The future looks bright for the Bad L.A. team

Golden State –    The are a fun team to watch hopefully with a few good moves they can turn that fun into Wins

Wizards        –     They have alot of good young pieces and as we know Wall is special

Nets              –      They are not a good team yet but I think their Russian Billionaire owner will do what is necessary to win.   Plus they only have 4 years left on their 5 year plan to win a championship lol

 Rockets, Clippers, Jazz

Clippers – Maybe even next year if they can improve in the offseason and stay healthy. Getting a starting small forward and moving Chris Kaman have to be at the top of their list before next season. Kaman is too good to ride the pine but Griffin is a much better play with Deandre Jordan starting.

Nets – Deron Williams and Brook Lopez should be able to win a series in the next couple years don’t see them going past the second round though. Of course this all relies on being able to hold on to Williams.

Kings – They just need a couple more pieces and they will really show some improvement. Alot of this may ride on Demarcus Cousins staying out of trouble and playing hard but I could definitely see this young team improving alot in 2-3 years. They are really just a good point guard and some maturity away.

can see the kings and clips making it in the next few years.  possibly the pistons might finish rebuilding in 3/4 yrs or when the charlie v and gordon contracts run out
