SeattleSuperChronicsParticipantThis is exactly why they never should of traded Harden

TyroberParticipantIf they could have afforded him they wouldn’t have traded him in the first place.

SeattleSuperChronicsParticipantThen let him walk after the season and a two this draft. Or trade ibaka and get another affordable defensive big. I honestly believe they could of worked out something with harden. They pulled the trigger too early

Lotto StudParticipantThis is a major blow for the Thunder trying to make a run for a title.

CavFanPRParticipantThey should’ve traded the overpaid Kendrick Perkins instead of Harden. I knew it was a mistake in the first place. Without Westbrook, Harden, Durant and Ibaka could still carry the team to the finals (maybe even better cuz Westbrook is a ballhog). They could easily find a cheap replacement to Perkins in the draft or free agency. Too bad, they where my sleeper pick to be the NBA champs before that trade. Houston will be a team to watch next year.

benny15Participantthe number 1 seeded team in the stacked west was your SLEEPER pick? wow…..
…the same young talented team that just came from an NBA finals appearance was a SLEEPER pick?0-

CavFanPRParticipantYou gave me a thumbs down because of that? I’m sorry I didn’t express myself correctly. None of my friends thought the Thunder ever had a chance to win the title, except myself. That’s the reason I said they where a “sleeper” pick to win it all. I’m sorry if I didn’t use the word “sleeper” correctly. Don’t need to be so mean bro.

sheltwon3ParticipantI think trading Maynor hurts here now. I still think they have enough because this forces Durant to shoot a lot but it will be tough. Miami will have a easier chance to win it all.

SpinCycle88ParticipantTotally agree on the Maynor point. Letting him go was a mistake. He provided a stability that they honestly lack. Anytime you get a surehanded PG who is WILLING to share the rock, u keep him or try to find something better. Otherwise, this happens, and you’re out a steady backup.
