    Fox, Doncic, Giannis, Markkanen, Ayton

There’s probably better lineups possible but I just love the fit and potential of this team. Got 3 guys that can create off the dribble and the shooting’s good enough. If Ayton never learns how to play defense then we might be in a little trouble but the offense would make up for it

     Fox ($2), Harris ($1), Giannis ($5), Markannen ($2), Embiid ($5)

I like this squad as you get two perennial MVP-type players in Giannis and Embiid who are elite on both ends of the court. Fox is an up-and-coming athletic guard who can push the pace and has gotten better as a shooter. Harris would serve as a nice low-maintence 3-and-D wing, while Markannen would also help as a pick-and-pop specialist and floor spacer which is needed with Giannis and Embiid.

This is a bigger squad, but I like the potential on both ends of the court and you get two MVP-type players.

Giannis- $5 – He’s the only legit MVP Canidate on the list. You have to take him.

Zion- $3- Space out and you have two slashers that demand doubles on every touch.

Doncic- $4- Good shooting and can play point or two. Fits well next to my next guy..

Murray- $1- Shooter who can play off the ball with Doncic. Can spot up with Giannis and Zion driving.

Ayton- $1- I just don’t like Drummond, so I saved a dollar on Ayton haha.

I would really need Luka and Jamal to shoot well for this line up to work.

Bonus: Murray, Harris, Giannis, Siakam, and Jokic

    Murray ($1), Doncic ($4), Tatum ($4), Zion ($3), Kat ($3)

    – With Doncic being the primary ball handler, the pg should be able to play off ball and be a reliable catch and shoot guy. I think Murray is the best option among the point guards

    – Along with Doncic and Murray, Tatum and Kat are quality 3 point shooters which will create the space needed for mismatches on pick and rolls and allows Zion to play primarily in the paint in offensive sets,

After thinking about it for a minute it’s a no-brainer for me.  Get the best guys who fit.

My team will depend on it’s great front line.

Murray and Harris is my Moneyball backcourt.  Decent size, all-around size and shooting.

Small forward: Greek Freak. League MVP and best guy on this list.

Power forward: Zion Williamson. Athleticism plus size meets high motor/explosiveness and intangibles.  Floor spacing at the forward spots may be a bit cramped but I am running Giannis/Zion pick and rolls all day.  On the other side of the ball, Greek Freak and Z Freak absolutely shut it down. Plus, they can both crash the boards.

Center: Jokic. Best all-around playmaker and passer on the list.  Good rebounder and scorer too. Plus, he can shoot and is a hard-nosed enforcer type on defense.

I actually have a dollar left.  I guess I will spend it on a bench.  Can I add Ayton as a 6th man?  I will over-load the front line.

    Luka Doncic

    Kyle Kuzma

    Pascal Siakam

    DeAndre Ayton

Youth, potential, flexibility, shooting, ball movement, and a big with tremndous upside while not being to far off the other 4. This roster has a young Warriors vibe to it.

Can I please switch Say Jamal Murray for Lonzo Ball as he is under 25 also? So Lonzo for $1? As I want a pass first PG and not really a score first like the rest of options and I probably can’t afford Simmons…

If so my team would be:

C)Ayton for $1 He would be catching Lobs off the pick and roll and running the fast break like a beast which may encourage him to try a little harder on Defense. As getting him going on offense early may help this.

PF) Jayson Taytum $4 I would prefer him playing Pf than any of the options there as most of them are either to slow for the playstyle I want or can’t really shoot..He can space the floor for my team and Ayton covers his defense.

Sf) Giannis $5 He gives me a second ball handler that is at least reliable. He could also take over if we needed lol

Sg) Zach Lavine $2 Can shoot at reasonable rate from 3,Run, slash and move the best without ball for the budget I had left. Otherwise I would have taken Booker lol.

Pg) Lonzo Ball $1 He would set the plate for Zach and cover his average/poor defense, Get Ayton going and would move the ball up fast enough that Taytum or Giannis could get going down low or from range. Plus teams at least will try defend him unlike Simmons(well until this season hopefully as the guy has apparently worked on his shot 🙂

So as most people could probably tell I would try for a 7 seconds or less style offense with this team lol(aka pace and space)

Team would be a Warriors Off-Ball Motion type offense mixed in with 4 out 1 in sets that would allow for isolation hand offs and pick and roll actions. On defense they would use their size to funnel people into tough paint shots and force turnovers with Giannis patrolling.

C –  Jokic $4 – MVP candidate is the best playmaking center the league has seen since Divac who can also score at all 3 levels.

PF – Mark $2 – Excellent shooter both off of pick and pop and spot up opportunities, underrated ballhandler, finishes well at and around the rim.

SF – Giannis $5 – Pair this man with 4 players that can shoot and its a wrap.

SG – Lavine $2 – Freak athlete who would be a dream pairing with Giannis on the fastbreak. Way better shooter/scorer than people give him create for. Serviceable facilitator.

PG – Murray $1 – Great shooter/scorer. With 2 great playmakers in Jokic and Giannis and a combo guard that can make plays in Lavine, it frees up Murray to jack up 8-12 3pt attempts per game, which is what we would want from the nuclear microwave.
