    He’s fast, he can create his own shot, he can push the pace for us, he can get into the lane and shoot a floater or find some shooters. I think we got younger, we got more athletic and that was always our goal around me, so that was good, and O.J. (Mayo), I think that came out of nowhere. I didn’t even know we were talking to him, so that was a great surprise because he is a young player, he’s already got some experience in this league, big-time shot maker.
