    Since 2004 there have been 14 teams that drafted in the lottery, so I wanted to see who were the best 14 players in each draft from 2004-2007. The best 14 players are in no order, except for the pick they were chosen at.

    I want to hear your thoughts on this. I must say the 2004 draft was the easiest, but the 2007 draft was the hardest by far, incredibly deep draft.

    Yeah, considering that if I were to rank each player, I would put Paul Millsap in the top 5 or 6, and he was a 2nd round pick.

    i was working on getting my english degree with teaching credentials. But I had some problems getting in school on time. SO now im taking a few classes for waste water management so i can work for the city. That will come a lot quicker because i only need 4 classes and if i dont like it i can go to school later to get back into trying to be a teacher. At 28, i should have all this stuff behind me, but thats what happens when you goof off and work construction for 7 years doing labor work. In other words, get that edumacation mike.

    What team from Long Island?? I am a sophomore at Hofstra University, which I think you would have heard of Mikenike. Also from Long Island as well. Hofstra’s head coach, Tom Pecora just left for Fordham that’s only why I asked.

    I plan on going to Harvard..they are practically begging me to come, they have offered me 24 different scholarships….jk….I want to go to st.johns or fordham or hopefully syracuse

    You should have an easier time getting into Cuse over Fordham. All good schools though. Any idea what you want to study? If Harvard offered scholarships for posting on this site, then I think we would all have one, lol.

    thanks knicksfan. I dont look at it like things didnt work out. I actually made really good money in construction and even bought a house. But then 2 1/2 years ago i broke my foot real bad and while i was layed out for almost a year i decided construction wasnt what i wanted so im back finishing the degree.

    so what are u looking to teach?

    llperez, that’s good you have a positive outlook. I am studying elementary education now, but I plan on getting my masters in Special Education and to teach in the inner city as well as coach varsity basketball.

    You should look into Hofstra then. Next season they lose 4 seniors. Manhattan and Iona are also nearby as well. Though since you need a great senior year, you should keep other options open like JUCO or go to a prep school for a year.

    Always welcome too, I need someone to ball with to challenge me. Yo one day the users on this site should all make teams from each region of the country and Aran uses his connections to allow us to play at MSG for the 1st annual NBAdraft.net tourney (users only allowed to play).

    i played all 4 years of higschool but i didnt play much. We had a real good team though. In my 4 years, we never lost a single league game. We only lost when we went down into LA county and started playing teams ranked in the state. My senior year, we had 5 guys that ended up playing college ball and the best one was our center who was a top 100 recruit and went to USC and is now playing pro in europe. I got better after highschool and was able to hold my own against d1 level players in my prime. But I was the worst athlete you have ever seen. Im 6-4 and have never dunked in my life.
