okay, the second best to whom? Are you just referring to other light heavyweights or all of mma?

Gegard Moussasi is an incredibale fighter, but he has not been beating top 10 guys. As for a p4p list, he does not crack my top 10, but it is very close, he’s right on the border. As for ranking the light heavyweight division, he might be in their somwhere between 4-8. He recently left his M1 management group (who also have fedor) and he has said in the past that he wants to fight in the UFC. I’m looking forward to it because he will be tested. I would like to see Strikeforce set him up with Dan Henderson soon

    My top p4p:

    1-GSP(cananda)
    2-Fedor(russia)
    3-andersen silva(brazil)
    4-bj penn(USA)
    5-lyoto machida(brazil)
    6-jose aldo(brazil)
    7-brian bowles(USA)
    8-miguel torres(USA)
    9-shogun rua(brazil)
    10-brock lesnar(USA)

just missing out are guys like Gegard Moussasi, Dan Henderson, Quinton Jackson, Antonio Nogueria, rashad evans, thiago alves, jon fitch, shinya aoki, mike brown, urijah faber

You can put moussasi higher then i did and it would be hard to argue, but you would have some serious explaining as to why he goes above my top 4 p4p. GSP, Fedor, Silva and Penn are all on another level and have fought tougher compeition longer then gegard.
