    With all the dust settling from the off season, who will be the most improved team in the NBA?

    Billups going to bring that OG knowledge to the sqaud and I seem to be one of the few people who likes the Josh Smith pick up …. AI to GS is huge too but as far as “most improved” I think Detroit can sneak themselves into an 8th seed out East which is a huge improvement for them.

    On a side note, Milwaukee can move to 7th and Atlanta probably falls out.
