DolanCareParticipantnot sure if it’s an automatic good thing that he grew. More height also means more stress on the knees/ankles. Hopefully he maintains his agility and ability to play the 3…because he has become one of my favorite young players

auberParticipantI’m gonna be one of the few that says in the short term this effects him negativly especially on how the Pacers are going to play him at the 2 guard at 6’10. Now I’m all for the added height and ability, but reinventing yourself with the added height is no easy adjustment. George is a solid player with huge sleeper appeal, but to me, two more inches means two more problems, smaller players at the 2 will blow around him and he’s going to have to readjust his shot release just slightly to fit his frame.

Sam_HinkieParticipantNot saying George anything like Durant because he’s not, but durant is 6’10, agile, and capable of playing the 2.
Also, reminds me of former Pacer Jonathon Bender. His Height clealry affected his knees and he was never able to really play. Could have been durant before durant.
