Pokuseveski is the biggest boom or bust player in the draft. I think Carey should actually be on the lesser role tier. He was good but he sucked on defense and unless you are an elite center, centers don’t get high usage. It just doesn’t work. I think Killian Hayes has a better chance of being an All-Star than almost everyone in that top tier. Everyone except LaMelo tbh.

I see your point about Carey. I’ve been very high on him but I am starting to cool off a bit. You’ve gotta be able to defend at the C position nowadays or just like you said it just doesn’t work the whole defense crumbles and teams just attack that weakness. I think at the very least Carey can be a sure thing as an effective role player similar to a better shooting Enes Kanter.
