    Need some help understanding. What keeps Cleveland and Luol Deng performing a sign and trade?

    Cleveland and Dan Gilbert honestly believe that if Miami loses the finals, theres a chance due to Miami’s ageing roster, Cleveland could convince Lebron to come back by pairing Lebron with Kyrie Irving and trading the #1 pick for another established all star.

    doing a sign and trade with Luol Deng would cripple the Cavs salary cap just enough that we wouldnt be able to sign Lebron “if he opts out”.
