dont know if you guys have heard of lee murray, but he has a very interesting life that has been covered by Sports Illustrated and Time Warner has bought the rights to make his movie. Being an MMA fan, I find it particularly fascinating. Here is some of his info:

An UK MMA fighter born in London who fought in the UFC and went up against Andersen Silva who is currently the number 1 p4p mma fighter in the world.

He was a hard partier who got into many streetfights. He was stabbed and nearly lost his life having a punctured lung and severed artery and needed to be revived 4 times by the doctors

He knocked out then #1 mma and UFC champ tito ortiz in a street fight after UFC 38.

Apparently not saitisfied with making the money he was and flying arround the world as a celebrity in the fight community, in 2006 he was the mastermind behind the biggest bank robbery in UK history (93 million dollars).

He put together a team a martial artists and firearms experts and kidnapped the manager of a UK bank and his family. He then broke into the bank and tied up 14 staff members while collecting the 93 mill

He would take off to Morocco while the police searched for him. Most of the accomplices were caught, but Murray was the main man they wanted.

While in morocco he bought a huge mansion and lived a lavish lifestly of drugs and partying.

He was later caught by morrocan police and attempted to escape prison by  purchasing small saws to cut through pipes. He was unsuccesful.

He was later deported back to London and was just last week sentenced to 10 years while most the money has never been found.

I remember reading about this a couple of years ago in a magazine; I also saw a special about it on ESPN. There was a rumor that he beat up Tito Ortiz after they got in an altercation outside of a club. It’s sad whenever you see someone with so much potential throw their career away over greed.
