Just heard reports of Zach Lavine putting his house up for sale. Not sure what rumors there are regarding him being moved. As a Bulls fan I would hate to see him gone. I wonder what kind of return we could see for him, or if any other users have heard him linked to their favorite team?

Everything I have seen has said that Lavine is one of the three core pieces that the Bulls want to build around including Wendell Carter and Lauri Markkanen.  Kris Dunn is the guard the Bulls have been actively shopping.

He could just be buying a new house and selling his old one.

His D is just so bad. It’s a shame really cos he can score the ball and shoot it too, just his shot selection needs work. I’d be surprised if he goes, I would’ve thought they plan on moving Otto Porter Jnrs money off the books.

Zach Lavine will have a few more years of putting up good numbers on not very successful teams, where Lavine will start finding success is when he takes on a role like Jamal Crawford, Jason Terry & Lou Williams.

All of them put up nice numbers, but when they truly took off was when they moved to that 6th man role. Lavine could thrive in a role like that, he just isn’t in a point of his career where I can see him accepting that role.

The reason he wont settle for that role is because he is a top 10 sg in the league at worst. Not to mention lou williams and jason terry are both 6’1 and 6’2 when Zach is pushing 6’6 with explosiveness of prime rose or westbrook. Hes got way more natural gifts and might end up being the best shooter between all the guys you listed. He also averages 25 ppg and hasnt reached his prime. So if you had those same qualifications would you settle for a 6th man? I wouldn’t.

Overpaying Cory Joseph just to complete the process of bus tossing Kris Dunn is exceptionally counter-productive, even for a front office that shipped off Jimmy Butler and Dwyane Wade for pointing out the young players weren’t good enough and the coach wasn’t coaching them hard enough one year prior to the front office firing the coach for not getting enough out of the young players and moving every hold over player that could be moved.
