     If they lost out on KD becasue they would not offer max that is really sad. Who knows maybe ina  few years it will be smart move, but right now it looks like another Knick type blunder.

     Ironic considering the Knicks were once the team with the largest salary level in the NBA. 

    The Knicks really need to land one higher level FA just to keep their fans happy. It currently looks like they won’t get anyone. Maybe they really do have to try and rebuild around RJ and co.

     Good move. It wouldnt have worked in New York. They have 0 players that have made the playoffs. The valuable rookies they have that could get some sort of a return in a trade are Barrett and Robinson, Knox, Trier, Brazdeikis dont move the needle. They would end up with Irving, Durant and leftovers.

    Besides he wasnt ever going to the Knicks. This has been setup for a while now. Kyrie bought his house in Jersey, and joined Roc Nation Agency. This really isnt news.

     Free agent Julius Randle has agreed to a three-year, $63M deal with the New York Knicks, CAA agents Aaron Mintz and Steve Heumann tell ESPN.

     Knicks are gonna be a very good team in a few years. Might even be competitive next year with some good moves in free agency. Would love to see them offer Russell the max.

     Bit of surprise, Knicks are known for overpaying players.

    I still think they should hold off on signings.  

    Wait and see what they have – they have some good young players.  Let them play and figure it out – then go chasing the pieces of the puzzle.

      Free agent Bobby Portis has agreed to a two-year, $31M deal with the Knicks, agent Mark Bartelstein tells ESPN.

      And signed Taj Gibson

        Well they need to sign some players to fill out the roster don’t they.  2 years $31 mil is not killing any teams in this day and age.  Don’t NBA teams need to hit like 85/90% of the salary cap, something like that?

     The knicks are really filling it up this offseason with big name all stars

     

    According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Knicks and Reggie Bullock have come to terms on a two-year deal worth $21 million.

     

    Do we not forget the Hardaway contract they did in recent seasons ?
