     The Kings wasted no time at all in filling their coaching vacancy as they have reached a deal with Luke Walton. I have to imagine Vlade Divac wanted to hire Walton all along. I can’t think of a hire coming this quickly after firing a coach and I also can’t remember a coach finding a new head coaching job so quickly after being fired.

     I still don’t quite see the logic behind this unless they feel that Luke can really develop Fox and Hield having worked with Curry and Klay when he was at GSW.

     Lol. Maybe this was 1 of those backdoor deals. It happens all the time. That was already in place. Luke & Divac had discussed his hiring as soon as the Lakers let him go.
