Villela claimed that after Jackson spent time with the baby on May 22 she noticed the child was “very lethargic” and she said she tried to wake the baby up multiple times through the night but the child “appeared to be high and could only lift her eyelids to midway point,”

Villela has also had trouble with the law. According to the Arizona Republic, she served one month in jail and completed three years of probation after being convicted of child abuse in 2008.

Sounds like he needs to start making better decisions and keep better people around him. Unfortunatelly his kids mom seems like she feels shes done her 8 months of pregnancy and is now looking to cash in on that deal of a lifetime. You tried to wake a baby up at night time when she should be sleeping and you expect her eyes to pop wide open. Seriously, your mom or dad never smoked a "funny cigarette" near you?

The mom: The report said Jackson’s place always smelled like weed and the mom thought the best situation is to leave her kid with him. What did she expect? Of course the kid was going to get a contact high. All this prying open the kid’s eyes while the kid is sleeping… it all sounds far-fetched. Let’s not pretend this is what this is about. There was some other argument or issue and since she could use the weed issue to get back at Jackson, she did. And any 40 year old, male or female, getting with some dumb 20 year old, is taking advantage of the 20 year old. There’s no other way to slice it. 

Jackson: You don’t need weed all the time. Not so much that you always smell like weed. And you’re a 20 year old millionaire in the NBA. You should be cozying up to a Kardashian, some model, or another regular 20 year old. That first week of NBA orientation, they go over this stuff: how to not get taken advantage of. Honestly, it wouldn’t be that upsetting if he had it together on the court. Maybe it’s time to focus up.

 Half the NBA gets high regularly, you just don’t read about it cos they usually don’t get their child high too. Bigger knuckleheads than this guy have had long careers, and he can play defense, so be prepared for him to get minutes at the 2,3 and 4 for Phoenix.
