    Well at least that’s not a family member, but since it’s a female he probably has little chance of winning the case, whether he’s even guilty or not.

      Why would he have little chance of winning? There is either sufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he committed felony assault, or there isn’t.

      Are you suggesting that a young black man in the United States of America might be, say, charged with something more serious than what he actually did? Or that a jury might somehow be prejudiced against him and assume his guilt? Or that he might get an inappropriately harsh sentence when he is inevitably convicted?

      At least Hill can afford a good lawyer.

      And at least he’s not Javaris Crittenton.
