Yeah it sounds crazy, but MIA has taken you out the past few years in the Conference Finals but based on what happens with MIA Big3, do you risk rebuilding or retooling this team in a major way?

Me, I would
1. I would trade Turner and find a way to trade G.Hill and D.West (crazy right, but building future)
2. Cut Scola and Re-sign Lance Stevenson
3. Try to get L.Deng, Avery Bradly, D. Blair and Al Harrington (key word is ‘Try’)
4. Take Isaiah Austin in 2nd round of draft
YES THIS IS CRAZY……..BUT BETTER THAN BEING INSAINE
L. Stevenson PG, Paul George SG, L. Deng SF, Al Harrington or D.Blair at PF and Hibbert at C
6 man would be Bradly or just switch him with L. Stevenson as starting PG
