DCParticipantSacramento would make sense to fit in here but I think they are behind where OKC were when they broke out last year.
New Orleans could have a big jump in wins with Chris Paul back, same goes for Houston and Yao.
Does Miami qualify as a breakout team? They’ll surely to increase their number of wins considerably!
New Jersey might be an abvious choice as they can’t be any worse then last year.

killerinstinct23i think philly has a shot to sneak up on a lot of teams with thier athleticism and versitilty if evan turner could have an steller rookie seaon and blossom to a superstar player and a.i becomes the mentor that he needs and blossom to being that allstar top 10 player we know he can bee philly will make some noise especially if jrue holiday plays dfense and runs the point the right way with those three and some inside presence they can make the playoffs dont hang ur hats low on indiana either they will suprise people next season
