This is about players that ARE good but because of large holes in there game it is hard to say that they are great.

Carmelo Anthony-  He is a great scorer and on of my favorite players but he does not do much besides scoring(recently he has been rebounding better).   He also slows down the offense alot.    Needs to improve his passing, defense, and his "Team play"(Team chemistry) to become a complete player.

Rajon Rondo – He has great vision and is a true floor general but has kind of an easy job all he has to do is keep his dribble alive an look for a pass.   Most other point guards have to pass, score(shooting/driving), and doing more for there team.   He does not worry about scoring at all.    I would like him to develop a 3point shot he does not have to be deadly from the outside but good enough that other teams have to D him up tighter.
