I hope all is well with you, your family, etc. I too have some personal things going on right now. I know it’s not huge, but visiting this site and just reading/talking ball with you guys is one of the many things I do to help take my mind off of what’s going on. So I appreciate you guys and respect your opinions/thoughts even if I don’t always agree.

If you have a change of heart, make sure you rejoin. I’ve always enjoyed your posts.

Thanks for the comments guys – the picture in my profile is of a famous British Sports Commentator called John Motson when he was doing a link from a football ground in a snowstorm. His sheepskin overcoat became his trademark look, he retired last summer.

Well it’s sad to see you go, you’ve been one of the few posters left with great insight and no goofing off. I hope you and your family are okay. You should keep your account active though, not only if you ever want to come right back but deleting your account I would assume would delete all of your previous posts as well, and that’s a big chunk of this websites history.

Thanks again for all the kind words, I’ll likely leave this account on here if I do want to come back to it.

The last few days have been hard for me I suffer from depression and that gets worse when I don’t sleep well, I was doing well up until Thursday evening after having major problems at the start of the year but seem to have had a replase since then. I’m seeing my counsellor on Wednesday so should hopefully be able to talk things through with her.

I’m still keeping an eye of the play off series and will hopefully look to get back posting on here in due course.

  Depression is quite real and very common for males. You prob already know what you need to do – exercise, motivation / comedy videos.

you are struggling. Depression can be a bitch. But I’m glad to see that you understand your depression well enough to explain it to others and you are seeing someone who you can talk to. Those two things are huge in helping you live the life you deserve! You deserve to be happy. Everyone on here (and who commented above) can see your worth as a person just from talking ball with you online. I’m sure the people in your life can see your worth even better than we can!

Do what you need to do to take care of yourself. You deserve to be happy! Look forward to seeing you back on here when you feel up to it.
