RUDEBOY-ParticipantDoncic is already a top 3 player . I was watching the l Clippers Mavs game friday night with some buddies. When Doncic and Harrell got into it and Harrell called him a *^^^^^ White boy. All of us Agreed that if Doncic had called Montrezl a Black boy , everyone will be searching his twitter page for past racist comments. And he and the Mavs would’ve lost some sponsors . But I haven’t seen it discussed anywhere.

sniperParticipantVan Gundy and Jackson discussed it today, and they showed Doncic an Harrell hugging it out before the game. It’s all fine.
I think he’s just a hair below Harden as the best offensive player in the game, and he’s catching up fast.If I’m the Clippers I put Kawhi on him from now on, and don’t switch the pick and rolls.

OhCanada-ParticipantThats exactly what I was thinking. Why isnt Kawhi gaurding this guy. Or even PG13? They literally have Reggie Jackson trying to gaurd this guy and its not gonna work he is too big and strong and/or can just shoot overtop. I was baffled by this, Morris and Jackson just arent gonna cut it.

Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantThis guy is every bit as dominant as lebron was at the same age, possibly even more so. It’s not so much that he dominates but the way he does it that’s so fascinating. He’s not particularly fast or explosive off the dribble, but he gets wherever he wants on the floor. He’s strong but definitely not in the lebron freak of nature sense. He isn’t incredibly explosive or athletic but is one of the best finishers in the paint in basketball. He just knows how to master angles, deception and timing to get to spot on the floor he needs to get to and make the play that needs to be made. It’s an innate feel for the game that is extremely rare and you just can’t teach, almost like he’s seeing things unfold in slow motion. And he’s insanely competitive, cocky, and clearly not afraid of the moment. He gets it done in a different way, but I see a lot of shades of Larry Bird in the way he plays the game and carries himself on the court.
To think that Phoenix, Sacramento and Atlanta all had the chance to draft this guy and turned it down is mind-boggling.1+ -
