LeroyJenkinsParticipantA girl named Becky started a fight with this kid i knew once. It was a long time ago trust me guys I wouldnt lie. Neither of them knew how to fight, so they just stood toe to toe and traded punches. I hate to admit it, but her punches hurt; my head was ringing. So he tried to take her down to the ground.
As they were wrestling he tried to put her in the STFU like John Cena would, but she nailed him with a knee in the balls. He fell right to the ground hoping there would be some way could bounce back. Instead, she just sort of pinned him to the ground in a headlock and unloaded into my face with her other hand. Everyone was laughing their a**es off at him. I knew his rep was ruined.
a) Does it really count as getting beat up by a girl if she kicked you in the balls?
b) Should she be able to brag about beating him up?
c) Now that he is almost 5’5" tall, do you think there are still girls that could beat him in a fight?

ProudGrandpaParticipanta) Generally, yes. However, there could be some extenuating circumstances involved in certain cases.
b) No. She has little claim to legitimate victory due to her underhanded tactics.
c) Perhaps, yes. Take McBased’s girlfriend, Jersey, for instance. She is rather imposing.

Hahahah this made my night. If you really wanted to finish her just pull an RKO out of nowhere like Orton or put her in a submission that actually hurts (Sharpshooter, Crossface, etc.).

OrangeJuiceJonesParticipantNo, getting kicked in the balls does not count as getting beat up by a girl. Just about any girl can do that. Getting put in a headlock, on the other hand…………

ZYHEHEWAParticipant“I’ll be happy, I’m always happy,” Calderon said to Doug Smith of the Toronto Star. “I don’t know if we have to use that word (controversy) before even training camp. I think we are just two more players for the Raptors team, we’re going to try to win games for the Raptors.

baozaokeParticipantOne of the biggest issues facing the team this season is what to do with Tyreke Evans, whose inability to consistently hit the three has been of such concern that he’s been on and off of the trading block. Smart still believes in Evans, and thinks he still has the ability to expand his game to the arch.

baozaokeParticipantSmart’s biggest challenge when he took over the Kings last year was to gain the trust of DeMarcus Cousins and help him grow into a player and a person who is a franchise cornerstone. That process got off to a great start last season, and Cousins seems to have taken the next step heading into the new season.gsfg433453q24

baozaokeParticipant“What I’ve tried to do, one, from talking to them all throughout training camp, is I’m looking for our team to develop, for our team to have the right kind of chemistry, which is going to help us win,” Smart said. “I used different lineups in camp. I said the goal for us is for our team to succeed more so than any of you individuals. We have to buy into that if we’re going to win, and you guys communicated to me that you want to win, it’s going to take an abundance of sacrifices for our team to have a great, winning season. You guys have to make a decision that that’s the way we’re going and you can handle it. If not, you know where my office is. You can come talk to me and say, ‘Hey Coach, I can’t handle this. Can you and Geoff do something to change my address?’”oiyt8io6786

baozaokeParticipant“If it’s going to keep swelling up on me, that’s obviously not a way to go throughout an 82-game season and hopefully a long playoff run.”
The plan for now is for Nowitzki’s workload to be reduced over the next week with lots of icing and cautious conditioning.i56875875

baozaokeParticipantThis could also turn into a blessing in disguise for Nowitzki’s teammates, as playing without him will force them to step up and not get used to relying on or being bailed out by him. The Mavericks aren’t going to have the level of success they want by just riding Nowitzki, he’s going to need help from the likes of Darren Collison, O.J. Mayo, Chris Kaman and the rest of the team. The more confident and capable they are, the better the Mavericks’ chances of contending in the West are.vsdf32323

baozaokeParticipantOn the flip side, Martin’s camp couldn’t be happier. He was playing good soldier during preseason, but he had previously made no secret of the fact that he wanted no part of yet another rebuild, and landing in OKC puts him on the best team he has ever been on in his career. The fact that OKC also got promising rookie Jeremy Lamb in the deal is a testament to the brilliance of Thunder GM Sam Presti. The Thunder got a difference maker this year, as well as a potential replacement long-term should the team decide not to invest in Martin at the end of the season.hdfh5454

baozaokeParticipantEven though there is certainly a need at the position in Dallas, a roster spot is not guaranteed with the Mavericks. Dallas has already brought in Chris Douglas-Roberts and Melvin Ely to deal with the possible exodus of Delonte West. Carlisle was impressed with Curry’s offensive production, but admitted that some work still needs to be done on the defensive end.vsadfada

baozaokeParticipant“So a lot of players listen to me when I say something. I always tell a joke about it to the young guys, ‘You know what? It’s going to get better. Let’s just get better.’ If we’re talking and we’re about to go shoot, I’ll just say, ‘Let’s get better,’ and at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about… There are 150 kids who get drafted and they’re good. They’re going to be ready to take your spot, so if you can’t improve as a player, you’re going to be lost in the wind.”uy43563563

gsoenvaoParticipant“I can’t put it into words,” Green told HOOPSWORLD of the Celtics’ first preseason game, a 97-91 loss to Fenerbahçe in Istanbul on Oct. 5. “Just to be able to step foot back out on the basketball floor, at the time, it was the least of my worries, but to be able to come back and play again, it’s a blessing and I’m very, very thankful.”yerw5t3434

gsoenvaoParticipantThe Rockets have been looking for a way to move Martin, one of the last remnants of the Rick Adelman era in Houston, and the Thunder were looking to avoid the maximum contract discussion that Harden’s camp was trying to have. This deal accomplishes both things, and also gives the Thunder depth and draft picks in the deal.

gsoenvaoParticipantThat was Green for a while, lost in the wind, but his experiences have seriously humbled him to the point that he can hardly believe he’s finally been given the most stable contract situation of his career. In July, Green signed a three-year deal worth $10.5 million with the Pacers.

gsoenvaoParticipant“Just being here with an Indiana Pacers jersey, it’s unbelievable,” Green said. “This is a really good fit for me; everybody is still young, we’re a playoff team, and I couldn’t be in a better place. Indiana is the home state of basketball and this organization is trying to change its image.][890890
