canadabasketballisrisingParticipantWould the suns accept; First overall pick, Jarret culver, Josh Okogie, James Johnson (expiring salary), and next year first (top 5 protection) for Devin Booker? Yes or no? That’s a massive haul for one player that may not be too happy despite some success in the bubble.

OhCanada-ParticipantThe way things went in the bubble I doubt theres any reasonable offer a team can make to acquire Booker. But if Bookers unhappy and he demands a trade theres not much the Suns can do as we’ve seen in the past waiting just makes things worse for teams, although I think it would take more future 1st round picks like weve seen with the Clippers/George and Rockets/Westbrook deals.

armchairgmParticipantI don’t think the Suns would take that deal.

BothTeamsPlayedHard-ParticipantBooker has four more years on his contract. The Suns have missed the playoffs for a decade, but have some momentum going into next year. Even if the bubble turns out to be a blip, and it might be, they have to see if they can move forward given how well things went. Cam Payne probably turns into a pumpkin, and probably shouldn’t bet on him being someone who can be relied upon. Rubio has had stretches where he looks like an All-Star point guard making everything around him better, but then goes cold. Dario Saric has not been in the league as long, but has also had a few runs where he leaves you wondering how good he can become. Bridges and Cam Johnson are young enough in their NBA careers where they might have figured it out a bit. Ayton didn’t have the best bubble, but obviously is a big part of their future. Waving the white flag and going for even more picks would be James Jones just inviting himself to be fired a year from now.

bt102ParticipantYeah, no chance that happens. The Suns want to compete. Besides I’m not sure having all 3 of them together in Minnesota would be completely ideal basketball wise since they all haven’t heard the term defense in their lives.

sniperParticipantThe Suns would hang up before Minnesota could finish making the offer.

HeroescantdieParticipantI think the the wizards have a higher chance of accepting the offer from the wolves than the suns (Beal – 1st pick and others)
