    I know James Blackmon Jr makes his announcement today at 7:30 today on which school he is going too. I think Devin Booker is too not 100% on him, but from what I have read Blackmon is a lock with Kentucky and Booker was a lean with Kentucky before he took back to back trips to Mizzou. What do you guys think? What time does Booker make his announcement?
