The inevitable has now become a reality for Nuggets fans…Carmelo Anthony is finally ready to bolt Denver. He has said he only wants to play for a large market team, but if I were the Nuggets brass I would look to get as much young talent back in return because this move will completely change the shape of the roster.

    Top 5 teams for Carmelo:
    1. Knicks
    2. New Orleans
    3. Philadelphia
    4. New Jersey
    5. Clippers

Top 5 teams for Nuggets to get solid returns:
    1. MInnesota – Wes Johnson/K. Love/ J. Flynn
    2. Detroit – Daye/Prince/T. White
    3. Philadelphia – Iguodala/Speights
    4. Clippers – Kaman/Aminu/Warren
    5. Washington – Blatche/Young/Jilian

Where Melo wants to go and who can offer the best return are quite different apart from Philly, if you had him and Evan Turner in tandem then it could be exciting but Denver would probably want Turner rather than Iggy as part of the deal.

Washington is the one that jumps out at me as being mutually good for both sides as Washington could offer good young pieces and through in Josh Howard to try and balance salaries and they get Wall, Arenas and Melo at 1 to 3.

he should go to chicago and form his own big 4 with rose, noah, and boozer hes never played with a point as athletic as rose and hes never had anyone on his team that has the inside presence of boozer and with noah he can average more assist that would be to good to be true but the best fit for him picture him noah and rose in the open court thats scary even for miami trade deng and johson 4 melo nugget r bout to rebuild anyway y not start with two descnet smallforwards and still has chuncey runnin the show i think chitown gets the most but since they rebuilin it an even kill they still get a 15 7 guy in deng and a bllossoming 3 in jj what do u think
