    Best: Reggie Miller (1987)
Even if he never won a championship, Miller is the most iconic player in Pacers’ franchise history. He is one the most feared clutch shooters and performers to ever play in the league and also one of the best trash-talkers. I considered Klay Thompson here as well, but it just doesn’t feel right to put him over Miller yet, especially considering that Thompson’s game was probably greatly influenced by Miller.
Other contenders: Domatas Sabonis (2016) Klay Thompson (2011) Allan Houston (1993) Robert Horry (1992) Kevin Willis (1984) Jamaal Wilkes (1974)

    Worst: Fran Vazquez (2005)
This was a completely wasted pick for Orlando, although it wasn’t entirely their fault. Vazquez was a promising big from Spain who entered the draft and expressed interest in playing in the NBA. However, after he was drafted he changed his mind and decided to remain in Europe. He is still playing in Europe and never played an NBA game.
Other contenders: Acie Law (2007) Kedrick Brown (2001) Trajan Langdon (1999) Todd Fuller (1996)

That 11th pick has produced alot of Great Shooters. Miller,Klay,Horry,Allan Houston,Jj Reddick and even Jamaal Wilkes had a smooth jumper.

Best: Gotta go with Reggie as he did so much for Indiana throughout his career.
My runner up is someone neither of you mentioned, Ralph Sampson. He’s in the HoF, won an MVP, 4 time All-Star and All-NBAer. He didn’t do all his damage with his draft team, which is why I went Reggie.

Worst: Vazquez is the easy pick as he never came over. Orlando could have picked up someone like Granger or Gerald Green to fill that position.

Oh my. So the site I used just has all the years listed per pick. Ralph Sampson was picked #11 in 1972. However, this is the wrong Ralph Sampson after I looked into it more… My bad! Was wondering why nobody noted him…
