 Hawks receives: 4th pick, Solomon Hill, 57th pick, heavily protected CLE 2020 1st round pick.

Pelicans receives: 8th, 17th and 35th pick

 I knew it would happen eventually. Everybody thought the Hawks were targeting Culver with this trade, but that doesn’t mane any sense since they already have Kevin Huerter who can shoot a lot better than Culver. They already traded away Prince for the 17th pick, so it would make more sense to target Huinter with this trade instead of Culver.

So Pelicans will indeed form a team with two teammates in Zion and Reddish. 4th pick is Hunter, and the 10th is Jackson Hayes probably. The 17th pick pick probably be Center, and who knows who the 35th pick will be.

I like how the Hawks made out. PG Trae Young SG Huerter SF Cam Redish PF DeAndre Hunter C Fernando Bruno. Some people think Hunter’s shot is a little funny, but to me it looks like one of the best shots in the draft (Hero is the other one). Redish’s shot looks really great too. I think with some other moves this could be the top 3 shooting team in a few years.

If I’m the Hawks, I really give the keys to Reddish in ways he never did at Duke. I’d let he and Trae Young be the offense and everyone else soresss the floor. Reddish is a big risk, but I think he’s as talented as anyone in the draft. I think he could really rock on defense. Hunter too. I think Hunter is strong and long enough to play PF. 

I don’t care about the Hawks, but this looks like fun.
