qDizzle32ParticipantOkay I am not calling the Minnesota Timberwolves racist because it’s obvious that their not but look at them bringing in all these non-black players and them giving up their black players
Their Black Players:
Derrick Williams
Martell Webster
Dante Cunningham
Jerome Dyson
Malcolm Lee
That’s 5 but look at their non-black players:
Kevin Love
Ricky Rubio
Nikola Pekovic
Luke Ridnour
Chase Budinger
JJ Barea
Robbie Hummel
So the non black players outnumber the black players by 2 more players or 4 if you don’t count Malcolm Lee and Jerome Dyson who might not even make the team. But I have a feeling that they will go with a whole non-black starting lineup unless they start Derrick Williams who I think should start and is probably the only black player who could start on this team. But when Rick Adleman also coached my Sacramento Kings it was another similar situation when the only all black players who even played were Chris Webber and Bobby Jackson. Like I said I am not accusing them of being racist because they are obviously not but do you think they are purposley favoring the non black players?

sjcmr5SamParticipantHaha. You forgot Brandon Roy. But you also forgot guys they are getting like Kirelenko, Shved, possibly Brad Miller. Something funny is going on there.

JunkYardDogParticipantFed up with those bullsh*t thread about how many white guys there are in the Twolves roster…
Adelman is favoring smart high bball IQ (rubio, pekovic, stiemsma, roy, kirilenko) : Beasley Randolph Johnson have low bball IQ.
That’s all.

Sewok15ParticipantSo are you saying that all the other teams are favoring black players? I just think the majority of the talent especially in America is black so it looks strange when a team has more white guys than black guys. I don’t believe that this is a conspiracy.

gzosie88383ParticipantA solid deep threat in college, Ross has NBA three-point range and a smooth stroke with a high release. Casey had specifically requested that the Raptors add more shooters this summer. Unfortunately for Ross, Raptors president and general manager Bryan Colangelo honored Casey’s request in spades. The Raptors added several players who can knock down threes including Kyle Lowry, John Lucas III and Landry Fields

RUDEBOY_Participant1st people were saying Khan was stockpiling point guards..
now they’re saying he’s stockpiling non-black players..
As everyone can see Khan is acting like a mad scientist and putting 2gether odd mixes of players..
lets wait and see the finish product ,then give a final judgement….

claowoakaoParticipantThere’s another question, however, that would seem to overshadow the others: Is James Harden truly a maximum contract type of player? That, after all, is the reason he was traded. The Thunder did not believe him to be a max player, while the Houston Rockets, with less to lose, were willing to make that kind of commitment.

John RoyusParticipantI dont understand what youre asking but if it is who will be a darkhorse to win ROY, my vote goes to Lavine from the T-Wolves. I think if Love gets traded he will get an opportunity to shine. If Love is there, I still think he get’s an opportunity to play and possibly shine.

BELLY333333ParticipantDraft picks are often used as currency in the NBA, especially when it comes to superstar dealings (Dwight Howard, Steve Nash, Carmelo Anthony, Deron Williams, etc.).

trwe32332ParticipantAnd this is what it all boils down to, really. It is not about the team saluting Rondo as he walks in the door, falling in line for inspection, and waiting for his inspirational words of wisdom. It is about trust. At 26 years old, Rondo has earned the unequivocal trust of his Hall of Fame teammates. They trust him to see things, say things, and tell them things that will lead to the team’s ultimate success. For Garnett and Pierce, the pressure is off.

lwokesaParticipantAfter leading the Cavs in the first two games, C.J. Miles was all over the place. He made a couple turnovers and missed some defensive assignments. Still, he was far from horrible. He went 3-for-9 from the field for nine points. Its pretty apparent coach Byron Scott has given Miles the green light to shoot.

lwokesaParticipant“Goran’s dribble penetration had a lot to do with that,” Gentry said. “And I think our spacing was a lot better than it was the day before in Sacramento.”
It also should be noted that Friday’s first half didn’t offer a steady diet of Corner alignments. Several half-court possessions featured an overload that included a baseline or “flex” screen designed to create an open lay-up or post up for the cutter.

lwokesaParticipantBut with versatile front-court players such as Scola, Beasley and second-year pro Markieff Morris, the Corner could be an effective option in Phoenix.
With the Suns demonstrating enough trust to give up the ball to the high post more frequently in Friday’s second half, corner-screen opportunities led to several easy third-quarter buckets. Phoenix shot 62 percent in that period and rang up 30 points.-[90889

lwokesaParticipant“It’s taking us a little time in making the right reads,” Suns assistant coach Elston Turner, who assisted Adelman for several season in Sacramento and Houston, said when asked about the Corner offense before the game. “But we’ll get it. It fits our guys pretty well.”
Beasley, who made half of his 8 shots and scored 10 points Friday, is working at small forward and – thanks to the Corner keeping both sides of the defense occupied – could have several post-up opportunities without weak-side defensive corruption.i7689567867

ZoMin1985Participant“Once James gets here it’s nothing to be said. He’ll see his family and that’s all he needs. So once he sees everybody’s faces, that’s enough.”
While Perkins is not involved in the negotiations, he’s definitely close enough to the situation to have a good idea of what’s going on. So, this should not be taken lightly.

ZoMin1985Participant“We have a lot of guys who are very capable of playing the four position, three position,” Kirilenko said, “but if coach wants me to play four, I’ll play four. It’s not really an issue. I think the issue for us is sticking together and starting the season strong. It doesn’t really matter if Kevin is out. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a huge part of the team and we want him healthy, but there’s no time to feel sorry for ourselves, feel down. We have a good team anyways, so we just have to build on that and keep getting better.”

smith456ParticipantIf you order goods or materials anywhere you need to be sure before you pay for them and ship them to their destination, they are employable. This is why a final inspection before shipment, you or your team quality inspection visit the site of the factory and check the quality of finished products and their packaging.

VutchkoParticipantI hope that Adelman can see something you don’t…
It’s about fact that at most better than average black players want to play ISO and win the 50 points in game more than a game… He get bb as a team sport and he don’t like to play ISO all game long… and he win 1000+ games, we don’t… He like BD-pass, he like cutting, he like to win games, and make scoring as a team… Is big thing in big games. If you winning it’s all ok, but if you lossing you want to your all players play like team, like one…
That’s why Greg Popovic let Dennis Rodman…So, it’s not about color, i like many black players, i don’t feel difference about color, but i like Adelman style of play and i loved Kings with him… I think it’s just about team-play players… 😉
