That is what he says when he gets bleeped out, lol. Anyway, he is a pretty funny dude, though using the Deuce Bigelow style "He B!tch" a tad too much. First time I saw this dude was "Next Friday". That scene was super jokes, "Try again Motherphucka!"

Brand is a well-respected NBA veteran, but being amnestied by the Philadelphia 76ers gave him additional motivation in his quest to help his new team.

Either way, it wasn’t meant as a compliment, resulting in a harsh retort from Howard.

Most people seem to have written off the Hornets this season, seeing them as a rebuilding team that is probably two or three years away from a run for the playoffs. Gordon is optimistic, though, given the way the foundation had been built.

“If guys are messing up, I’m going to say something to them because I expect the same back,” Davis said. “If I mess up and am out of position, I want them to tell me because it’s going to make the team better. We can’t just go out there and let somebody mess up, we all got to be accountable, that’s what’s going to make us better.”

However, in the NBA it is often said that one team’s trash is another team’s treasure. Two days after he was released by the Spurs, New York Knicks general manager Glen Grunwald signed Novak off the waiver wire. It was Novak’s fifth NBA team since being selected in the second round of the 2006 NBA Draft.–[0-0

From out of the league, to a stint in the D-League, to waiver-wire fodder, to a key contributor on a playoff team, to a lucrative long-term contract… all within eight short months.

Despite his success last season, and his freshly inked multimillion dollar contract, Novak was adamant in declaring his belief that continued success would only result if he approached each practice and each game as if his NBA livelihood was still on the line.

In addition, Novak also acknowledged that he’d have to continue to improve and expand his game if he wanted to be effective in the future.

“I think defenses are going to know my strengths and run me off the three-point line and do that kind of thing,” Novak explained. “This summer, I definitely put an emphasis on being able to put the ball on the floor. One or two dribbles, using my shot fake more; just understanding how defenses are going to play me.’o;i90o890

Coach Scott still isn’t ready to announce a starting lineup for Tuesday that includes Varejao and Zeller, but it appears to be a pairing he is committed to and it is one that makes a lot of sense for the Cavaliers. On a team with so few veterans, Scott needs Varejao to be the stabilizing influence for his young big men and that means Varejao will be playing both power forward and center for the Cavaliers this season.

Unless Carlisle is planning a Don Nelson-style reversion to small ball in Dallas, there is a definite need for a seven-footer like Curry on the Mavericks’ roster to start the season.
