2019 Strong class – all rookie teams ?

I do not think that the 2019 Draft Class is very good. While 10PPG is still good, it just shows the opportunity given to other rookies. I also think a lot of this class is not going to develop very well either. Ja, Zion, and Clarke are going to be studs but other than that, i do not know from there.

I’m kind of inbetween on this class. I tend to think with all the movement this past offseason teams were just able to create enough roles for young players and alot of the rookies that are viewed as being “successful” are actually just putting up average stats on terrible defensive teams.

Theres really noone doing it consistently on a winning team other than Tyler Herro.

Kendrick Nunn isnt part of this draft class technically he’s part of the 2018 Class despite going undrafted.

Theres Terence Davis with Toronto but his role has been very limited and with Mccaw back from injury and Van Vleet coming back his minutes will be even lower. He was also undrafted but for the 2019 class.

Matisse Thybulle has earned some minutes with Philadelphia being a defensive stopper.

Other than Davis and Thybulle theres noone playing well on a winning team. Carsen Edwards and Grant Williams are both getting some time in Boston but neither are playing well. Cameron Johnson plays for Phoenix who are playing competetive basketball but they havent been consistently good. I think alot of the success this class has had may end up being fools gold.
