Top Tier

Brandon
Jennings
(Roma)
Was okay once again, but not outstanding in a big
win against Joventut. 6 points in 17 minutes, missing all four shots from 2-point
range but knocking down his only 3 ball and did a good job getting to the line
(3/4). He has a ways to go but did not disappoint!

Ricky Rubio
(Joventut) Still is injured and because of this missed the much anticipated
match up with Sir Jennings.

Emir Preldzic

Emir
Preldzic
(Fenerbahce) Mr. Versatility. He went for 9 points, 5 boards, 5
dimes. The dude can flat out play. He is a steady force at Europe’s highest
level and will get a fair share of scouts watching him.

Milenko
Tepic
(Partizan) Again he showed his versatility, as well as leadership
and experience that he brings to the table. He is the clear floor general and
main engine of this (now his) Partizan Team. 35 minutes of heavy duty while
producing 16 points and 5 dimes sounds real nice.

Vitor Faverani (Unicaja)
He got to play a couple of minutes and showed that is force on the boards to
be reckoned with.

Omri
Casspi
(Maccabi) Omri bounced back from a disappointing start, to get 5
points on perfect shooting. He was active and seems to be in tune with the pace
of Euroleague play.

Enes
Kanter
(Fenerbahce) The young guy is playing. He got only 9 minutes of action
but was surprisingly productive. Some that questioned if he can make things
happen at the pro level got their questions answered. He is special in some
ways.

Alexey Shved (CSKA Moscow) Not
with team.

Matias Nocedal (Tau Ceramica)
DNP

Second Tier:

Andrey
Vorontsevich
(CSKA) First action of the season for Vorontsevich. He had
4 points in 5 minutes along with 2 boards. Let’s call it a nice start and likely
more to come.

Zygimantas
Janavicius
(Zalgiris) By default he is the starting point guard and takes
good advantage of this situation. He held his ground okay and if only he can
develop a typical Lithuanian shot (questionable) he will turn some heads.

Luigi Datome
(Roma) Jennings teammate was highly productive with 7 points
and 5 boards in limited time (10 min).

Sergio Llull
(Real) A monster performance from Sergio, a game high 19 points in 25+ minutes.
He plays with a lot of energy and has made real big strides during the summer.
He takes good advantage of his opportunities and that might strengthen his position
in the backcourt rotation.

Oguz Savas (Fenerbahce) This
guy is just rock solid. He knows his limits and plays to his strengths. With
the success of Marc Gasol, NBA doesn’t seem so out of the question.

Aboubakar
Zaki
(Nancy)
Three minutes of action, but no production this week.

Milos
Teodosic
(Olympiacos) He is a role player this year on a loaded squad, but
anytime he gets his chance he produces. This week: 4 points, 4 dimes in 17 minutes.

Antoine Diot (LeMans) Will
have a solid season this year being a rotation player. 2 points in 13 minutes
with only spare production elsewhere.

Gasper
Vidmar
(Fenerbahce) Starting Center for Istanbul, but only with 13 minutes
in a foul plagued game. He can do more than that.

Jan
Vesely
(Partizan) DNP

Jeremy Leloup
(LeMans) DNP

Jaka Klobucar (Olympija) Solid
showing, especially on the boards. Performances like this make him one to keep
an eye on.

Bottom

Ariel Filloy (Milano)
One minute of action in a losing effort.

Marko Micevic (Milano) DNP.

Oskar Fassler (ALBA) not with team.

David Cournooh (Siena)
not with team.

Adam Lapeta (Prokom) DNP.

Saidou Njoya (Nancy)
Not with team.
