    Draftexpress is reporting that he won’t come over until 2012-2013 and there are lots of prospects just as good as him. I think he goes around 20 if he declares (Which I doubt he will).

    I do think Donatas will be a top 10 pick. He could be great but I believe this site picked him like a prodigy son who they believe will be a high draft pick.
