Kings planning to fire joeger

Reportedly interested in Luke Walton. Though Bill Walton would be a lot more entertaining. 

 Kings doing what the Kings do…dude pretty much had a bunch of players that should be in college or should just be finishing and takes them to the 9th spot in the west…not surprised did the same thing with Mike Malone..so which franchise is ran worst, Kings, Knicks, Suns or the Lakers? 

 Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in.. They actually overacheived this season, nobody expected them to make the playoffs, and they almost made it. Clippers could have very well tanked to keep that Celtics picks and the Kings would have made the playoffs. It would be a stupid move that wouldn’t surprise me considering it is the Kings

 He did a good job. Lakers should seriously consider him, chase FAs to play fast as Joerger did in Sacto. 

Washington, Cleveland, or Chicago should sprint to get a meeting with him. Vlade has done a good job of bringing in young talent, but Joerger shouldn’t be without a job for long.

 Ettore Messina and Monty Williams are the early favorites with Luke Walton also in mix if he is fired by Lakers.

 Just my opinion on Jaegar…He is a really good developemental coach however he seems to grind the F.O’s gears and gets fired every time because of this..He needs to be on a a team where the F.O and him are on the same page..

Personally I would like to see him on one of 4 teams:

Chicago: He would have been a good fit for the stage that they are currently at and a better fit than Boylan..

Phoenix: If they can some how get Ball off the Lakers(maybe a top 3 pick + another pick if they get Kyrie may get it done) and Jaegar would be a major coo for them.. Jaegar could develop the hell out of a Ayton,Ball and Booker trio..

Lakers: If they move on from Walton and maybe move on from Lebron or if Lebron can be handled by Jaegar… He could maybe light a fire under Balls butt enough to keep him aggressive every night like the nice stretch before the injury(assuming he wasn’t traded)..This assuming most of current core comes back + 1 new big name.

Cleveland: They will be in development mode hard this coming offseason..Personally I could see Love being moved this offseason for picks and an average deal to make $ work…So they could afford to give him a shot.

Wild card: A grizzlies reunion if he didn’t burn that bridge….I could see them maybe giving him a shot now that Gasol is gone and that they are in legit rebuild mode finally…Also Conoly is going to be traded in the offseason calling that now.

Kings should honestly look at Walton,Williams or Stan Van Gundy.. 

 They are trying to establish a positive culture and fun basketball..They also fired the Assistant Gm/Front office guy that was bullying Jaegar/leaking things to media…They have made low key good moves Harrison barnes trade,Marvin Bagley drafting,Fox drafting and they are trying to establish a winning culture/identity.

They only need to get a coach that carries on developing their players and has a legit system to fit their personal..Alvin gentry, Monty Williams,Stan van G or Luke walton(if let go) all make sense..

 I don’t really watch the Kings but i dont really understand this move? He seemed to get the best out of that young roster and i thought theyd grow together as a group. 

 I don’t see the logic of letting Joerger go after he had the team improve by 12 wins this season and was developing the young core nicely. The only thing I can think of is they think he has taken the team as far as he can and want a new coach to try and take them back into the play offs. 

Luke Walton wouldn’t be my choice though, he has done nothing with the Lakers and they finished behind the Kings this year with LBJ in their team. Luke may be an excellent assistant but his HC resume is lacking IMO.

 As much as I love to blame the Kings for this mess this is the second time Joerger got fired despite doing a great job coaching. I wonder if there is more to this. Maybe his personality is getting him in trouble or something.
