     The Charlotte Hornets are in win now mode, so i would like Mj to make a move like this

    OKC gets Gary Neal

    DET gets Michael Kidd Gilchrist, Luke Ridnour, Hasheem Thabeet, and the 24th pick 

    Charlotte gets Josh Smith

    With their 9th pick they will draft Zach Lavine for added depth.

    Then in the offseason sign luol deng for 3years 40 mil
