    Of all players selected in the 2013 draft, few outside the lottery are getting R.O.Y. consideration. Which of these rookies do you believe has the best shot? I’m going with Jamaal Franklin. Guy is an uber-athletic wing who can do pretty much anything on the basketball court. He was a projected lottery pick who fell all the way second round. I think he’s an upgrade over Tony Allen and is going to wind up starting.
