Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantAll of these guys were very coveted players at one point in their careers. Some were all-stars and some are even likely HOFs. All are currently available free agents and have yet to sign. If you had to guess, which of these guys are likely to continue playing and which are likely done as nba players?
Vince Carter, pao gasol, Carmelo Anthony, Jamal Crawford, Kyle Korver, joe Johnson, Shaun Livingston, luol deng, Greg Monroe, lance Stephenson, Jose Calderon, Ryan Anderson, Jeremy Lin, nene, joakim noah, devin Harris, jr Smith

CoachWyersParticipantI think Vince, Pau, Korver, Livingston (if he doesn’t decide to retire), Anderson, Noah (unless he takes bigger payday in New Zealand), and JR are most likely to find themselves on rosters this year.

OhCanada-ParticipantVince has said he wants to play next year. David Griffin of the Pelicans offered him a position on the air during a Summer League game, but didnt promise any minutes.

TarHeelRavenParticipantDwight Howard. I can’t imagine any team having this declined, immature, headcase in their locker room. Stick a fork in him, he’s done…

cohenbc1ParticipantLivingston is still the consummate backup PG … he even seemed to raise his game in the finals after the injuries to KD and Klay. He definitely belongs on a winning team … Rockets and Sixers could really use him.
Come to think of it they could both use about five guys off this list. Their top bench players are Austin Rivers and Mike Scott, respectively.

BlueRivers25ParticipantLance Thomas — The Knicks waived him, not sure if he signed with another team yet. I’m still wondering how the hell he made it to the NBA and lasted this long in the NBA. Guys like Kyle Singler, Nolan Smith, Jon Scheyer, Brian Zoubek, never made it to the league or are already out.
I still think he has a chance, but not sure. fingers crossed

ZouldiersParticipantWe can see these guys in the BIG3 league next year. Hell Cool Joe is dominating the BIG3 right now.

The GoatParticipantGood list. I think Calderon, Deng and Joe Johnson are done. The rest, not sure, but Pau, JR, Korver and VC have said they are playing on. I think JR has a free agent interview with Milwaukee today. Probably just want to double check Sanders’ and Mayo’s old lockers in case the left any baggies

HitsterParticipantJoe Johnson is done I think, he didn’t play last season. I don’t know if he had offers for then but would have assumed so.
Vinsanity still wants another year to take his NBA career into a 4th different decade possibly. I think he’ll get an offer somewhere.
Udonis Haslem is another guy who is waiting to see what happens. I figure he’d only return to the Heat’s roster and would otherwise get some position with them.

pokieParticipantWil the children of the world be denied the chance to experience for themselves the greatest pair of hands in the history of the game. Owners and G.M.s, please, do not forsake my Z-Bo, think of the children…
