OhCanada-ParticipantRight now against Toronto. Guys making all his shots and is just too quick and bouncy. That pull up is nasty. 23 points so far in the half. Spurs look good.

holefillers1ParticipantLonnie Walker…pride of Reading, PA. Definitely rooting for him. Imagine that guard rotay if he and Murray mature alongside White.

mowestenParticipantEubanks fouled out in 23 minutes. Which, if you’re not following along, is incredibly difficult to do in SL.

OhCanada-ParticipantWell actually he got ejected for elbowing Boucher in the nuts. But yeah he had 10 fouls. You cant foul out in SL.
In the 4th qaurter Toronto switched to zone to change up the D like they do at out levels 905 and Raptors in the pro game. Toronto won the 4th 31 to 10 and almost came back to force overtime. This really threw off Lonnie Walker and the Spurs. They couldnt make the right decision and had no way to beat the Zone. Some very wild plays. Walker needs more in game experience but the upside is there.

kobyzParticipantI’m not impressed at all with Walker nba potential, his style is more for playground, he can’t defend and lack iq and feel, at best he’s a raw, less focused version of Monta Ellis…

cohenbc1ParticipantWhen he played in garbage time for the Spurs last year he usually ran the point, which was not a good look for him. DeJounte Murray, even in his rookie season at age 19, showed way more poise in the same situation. I think Walker’s future is as a slashing/penetrating wing who plays great D and hits an occasional 3. Hopefully like a better version Jonathan Simmons. I’m glad to hear he’s tearing up summer league though.

Sewok15ParticipantBy 2022 Lonnie will be the Spurs best player. This has been his first healthy off season since he was in HS. You can see he has improved many areas of his game. I expect him to be in the rotation this year and starting by next year.
