Dazzling Dunks and Basketball BloopersParticipantWe’ll see how he fits into this laker team and most importantly how healthy he is. But this could wind up being a huge bargain if he can get to even 75% of his pre-injury level.

IndianaBasketballParticipantIt’ll be year two after his Achilles tear, so that alone means he’ll be 25/30% better than this past season. Cousins at 75/80% is still a better offensive big than most bigs in the league.

Cousins if healthy and committed to proving himself with modest expectations is a good get. Also happy that Lakers are getting shooters to surround lebron and AD…
Kuzma
Danny green
Quin cook
Boogie
Kcp
DudleyAlso crazy to think the Clippers have been in LA for 35 years and they and they Lakers have never met up in the playoffs. Would be amazing if this is the year.

negguaryParticipantLakers low key had an A- free agency. After striking out and waiting it out they still were able to build a strong team in that supports their stars that is actually deep!

MopgrassParticipantSorry, LA needs a better PG. Alex Caruso has a better +/- and so did most every other PG in the league. He’s detrimental. Quinn Cook should start instead.
Initially, there was talk they’d grab Dragic somehow from Miami. I’m not sure how: God knows how big Boogie’s contract is and Miami would want something in return.
Someone needs to run this team and they don’t have that guy. It makes all the difference. There’s still time.

BlueRivers25ParticipantBron will play point. Just neeed Rondo to play D. Cook to stand in the corner to shoot 3s.

MopgrassParticipantExcept that Rondo is bad at D and doesn’t let go of the ball. Good luck, Vogel.

The GoatParticipantThey are trouble. The league is sleeping on Boogie. His mobility was never going to be 100% straight away, but he had the same per minute averages. The Lakers have filled out their roster well enough. Quinn Cook and Danny Green added to the returning guys KCP and McGee. Rondo was a Pelican like AD and Boogie too don’t forget.
This West is really tough now. Good luck picking a winner. The Warriors are still there if they can win enough until Klay comes back.

HitsterParticipantHe’s a nice pick up for the Lakers and on a bargain basement deal h’ll be looking to earn a good future contract. His durability may be an issue but the Lakers would be more worried about him being fit and firing for the play offs than what he can do in regular season.
Rondo returning gives them another title winning vet and he can run the point when LBJ goes to the bench and his defensive game is also a plus.
