CoachWyersParticipantAfter he had his injury I didn’t think this would happen, but in the weeks following still sounds like he has a big market to get a max even with having to sit out the year.

HobbyOGParticipantNot a shocker..you got teams out there still willing to throw him the max.

goddagParticipantThat there are teams out there that will pay all that money and have him sit at least a year. GS had to because he had that option that he just gave up.
I guess Draymond, and his big mouth, will find out how much he meant to GS for sure now.

nick5354ParticipantI find it hard to believe that you think that. When healthy there is no one better in the league. Teams like NY, Brooklyn or Clips don’t have a chance in hell of ever getting a player of KD’s quality besides drafting them.
It is a gamble as you don’t know how he will recover from his ACL, however I don’t think teams like Brooklyn, NY or Clips have an option not to, if they honestly want to be anything more then teams who make up the playoffs.

cohenbc1ParticipantStephen A. reporting that GS ownership not willing to offer KD a max without more info on his medical condition. Seems likely that that at least one other team will take that chance.

cohenbc1ParticipantSorry, meant NY not GS. I wish you could just correct your posts here!
