Any chance Barrett falls to #5?

 If the Knicks don’t take him third for some reason the lakers will definitely pick him 4th. 

 Not a chance he falls to 5. He is not slipping past 3.

As good a chance as me hitting this mega millions lottery.

 Culver’s 18.5ppg in the Big 12 vs. Barrett’s 22.6 in the ACC, with all the eyeballs of the nation on your team.

 We all think the top 3 is a lock but I’m not so sure. However I don’t see him slipping past the Lakers at 4 regardless of what they do with the pick.

 Cavs are going to be chosing between Hunter, Culver, or Reddish at 5. 

 Probably not… I see the Knicks or Lakers trying to package their picks if he lands their to try entice the Pelicans with a line of Barret and Zion huh huh..You know you want this pick plus our young talents…Why not make Zion want to stay longterm/be comfortable/sell the fans on the hype..

I see Barret going anywhere from 2-4 nothing lower than that..Memphis,Knicks and Lakers would all probably give him solid look at their picks even if A.D trade wasn’t happening…Would be crazy if some personality issue(rubs teams the wrong way) made people let him slide to 5-12 range..

Cavs best bet is take the best availble SG or Sf as they have a sort of log jam in the front court and Sexton is pg until he losses the keys..Sorry can’t give you names as haven’t really been following draft class as I think it is very very weak..

 Won’t go pass the Lakers, would be a great trade piece for AD. 

 In a word, no.

While I 100% understand why Zion is going #1 (and deserves to go #1) – the hate I read online and what I routinely hear via draft podcasts it is astounding.

He is going #3, really should go #2 and if the Knicks (or whoever is picking at #3) has a stroke there is no world where he slips past #4.

The second portion was is he "really" that much better of a prospec than Culver – yes, significantly better with the upside (should he hit it) of an All-Star.

While I acknowledge his flaws and there were moments I wanted to chuck my controller at the TV, there were far more moments when I just thought, "yeah, this dude is going to kill it in the NBA." I can see what RJ is on day 1, yes he is ball dominant, but he is one of probably 2 guys who could score over 20ppg in year 1 and go higher (Zion is the other). RJ played insane minutes, never missed time, flashed what he could be as a shooter (See: UVA game) and he routinely was getting to the lane, finished athletically/creatively and played on a team with other mouths to feed (Zion/Cam) and routinely against defenses that were stacking the lane – something he wont face in the same way in the NBA.

RJ was the #1 guy in his class basically since he was in 8th grade, what he has done with Canadian basketball is literally unprecedented and he has the right mentors and mindset, if you dont think that kid will put in the work to improve you’re simply wrong. I had the same feel and take with Tatum, he was a "pro" even at 19 years old and while things didnt grow as well in year 2 for Tatum, I can see the same effectiveness for RJ with a huge ceiling. People seem to forget that he is 19, has played on all the biggest stages – and won. He is going to be a stud from Day 1 in the NBA.
