    Link was being screwey. Here it is..

     

    Orlando gets: Jamal Murray, juancho, m plumlee

    Denver gets: Zach lavine, Aaron Gordon

    Bulls get: Michael porter, fultz, will Barton 

     

    Orlando gets more shooting to go with their defensive minded bigs. 

    Denver gets super athletic players to mesh well with jokic

    Bulls takes on 2 high risk high reward players while also getting a year 6th man award candidate. 

     

    Thoughts? I’m a huge nuggets fan and am wanting to make the next step..

     No way if I were Denver. They already have "super athletic players to mesh with Jokic." I would consider Jamal Murray borderline untouchable … if you offered me Zach LaVine for him I’d laugh in your face. Aaron Gordon could be a nice piece and eventual replacement for Millsap, but I wouldn’t trade all that depth for him … especially since Porter, if he’s ever healthy, may well be much better than Gordon.

      I thought he player really well and made a lot of improvement this year. I think Murray is going to have an outstanding season next year. I thought he fit well with Jokic too. That was a really close series against Portland

    Denver would want to see Porter play at least. They also rely on Murray. I can see how they may consider moving Barton, Juancho or even Beasley, but the idea you have isn’t good for them.
    Orlando would also likely want to see Fultz play first.
    If anything, why not just Aaron Gordon for Zach Lavine?

    How is trading their second best player (who still has huge potential) helping the Nuggets take the next step?  I’m really surprised a ‘huge Nuggets fan’ would entertain this idea.

    By saying the next step doesn’t mean championship. Just going further in the playoffs toward a championship. But yes you all are prolly right. Not a good trade but I would definitely like to see Murray moved while his stock is still high. He is a boom or bust scorer who is average to below average at everything else. Playing with jokic helps him out a ton as well… I also would argue that he’s the 3rd or 4th best player on his team. Harris at 2 and perhaps milsap.

    I would respectfully decline this trade idea as the nuggets don’t really improve and you would be creating a logjam at the SG spot and then end up with no P.G as Lavine can’t play that due to low B-ball I.Q(IMO) is he streaky yes, he can get you buckets yes,is he hella athletic yes but when it comes to defense and B-ball I.Q he is average at best..

     Murray could be a poor mans Stephen Curry if developed right so…Or at least a Damian lillard level player..

    With that being said I personally wouldn’t trade him just yet as Shooting is held at a premium in the league at this point and time.. The hard part is more this though what would you pay him? Do you feel comfortable paying him a max??

    Is he their best player no that is Nurkic,but what Murray does is space the floor for Jokic and has good chemistry with him…The other variable is this though Millsap aging,Harris is steaky also and you would be shrinking the floor with this trade.
