Scrooge McDuckParticipantI don’t know if I’d mind. As unlikable as harden is (Jeff van gundy recently said during a broadcast he has at least one former player texting him after every game complaining about harden). Durant is unlikable. I’m rooting for the bucks this year.

The GoatParticipantI’d actually love to see the Blazers come thru the West with Lillard pointing at his mf-ing wrist the whole way thru. I can’t imagine how charged that Portland crowd would be.

halfdecayedParticipantIF that happens, Bucks would have a solid shot to win the championship this year, I like them over the Rockets.

HeroescantdieParticipantThe rockets or warriors come out of the west simply because of the ego of warriors players and also harden yeah they are good but I want some new blood or new face to be in the finals so im rooting for the bucks and blazers, the story of giannis who came out of poverty and lillard being loyal and being a class act

nick5354ParticipantI think I am still hesitant to place any faith in D’Antoni in the playoffs. The system has always been so regualr season but come playoffs it is incredibly hard to play that brand of basketball effectively. Lots of the time calls don’t get blown as much as in the regualr season and teams have a whole 7 games to pin point match ups and play defense accordingly.
I will be very surprised if the rockets win the NBA finals. It is very hard to play that brand of ball over a 7 game series – which they would have to do 4 times.
But what do I know, I’ll probably have egg on my face when they win haha.

OhCanada-ParticipantStill watching game 6 LAC/GSW. Warriors really have to beat this team this is an underrated series and a good test. Not a normal 1-8 matchup.

SwatLakeCityParticipantWell it will be Rockets vs Warriors in Round 2 just as we all thought once the seeding was determined. Yes the Warriors have been tested more after round 1, but we all know that for them it’s focus. They have another gear they can use that they do not use in the regular season, which is why you can throw out regular season series. I can’t see the Rockets getting past the Warriors again this year. I don’t they have enough firepower. Yes, Harden is an incredible scorer, but you need more than just Harden to beat these Warriors. The Rockets don’t have that unfortunately. Capela has gotten better this year but he still will have tough time scoring against Draymond. Tucker is a very good defender but his offense is okay. He’s not as good of a 3 and D guy as Ariza was for the Rockets last year. And Tucker is smaller than Ariza so Durant should be able to handle him. Gordon is not as potent as he was last year. You can really tell that age has started to become a factor for him. Same with Chris Paul. At the end of the day the only person the Warriors have to really stop is Harden, that’s not going to get it done. Warriors win this series in 6 or 7 games.
I don’t like the Warriors either but it’s not a matter of if you like them, it’s a matter of do you believe the Warriors have what it takes to get to the Finals!

SmooveKRYPTParticipantEveryone here acting like the Bucks are just gonna walk through the East. I’m highly confident that IF they’re able to get past Boston, Toronto will take them out in the conf. finals and run the table all the way to the championship, regardless of who comes out of the West.

Scrooge McDuckParticipantSo far so good. Boston took game 1 over Milwaukee in a stunner. As an anecdotal side, draymond said after the game, “I’ve been fouled by Harden on harden 3 point attempts.” +1 this comment if you’re sick of Durant and hardens antics and want them blackballed from the league.
