     More and more players are entering the draft and in a couple years you can go straight out of HS again, with that being said should the NBA have 3 rounds or 4? .Maybe do it like the NFL draft, have the first two rounds on primetime and do the last two the next day or something. With each team having a GLeague and really making it a farm league like the MLB I think this could work..

     

    fun fact: In 1984 there were like 10 rounds..that seems a litte excessive though..

     to see a farm system for basketball. Get some accountability and higher level coaching for developing players.

    Expand the draft, have the G-League actually play like a real league. Make improvements so that players actually want to play there and so that fans actually want to see those games. Closer seats to the court. More interactions with fans before and after games. There are things you can do to make small local games fun for kids and families in the area who might not be able to afford NBA tickets…even without necessarily big name players.

    Eventually push for NBA teams to have "academies" full of players from age 14-18, who get NBA level coaches and compete against other academies. This will clean up AAU and NCAA pretty quickly and with say 12 roster spots for 30 teams… you could have the top 360 high school players in this 3rd division NBA league.

    I’ve heard G league games are pretty entertaining. I mean their damn good players. fredette, James white, Gerald green, have all been in the G  league. I think it’s  a failure of marketing by incompetent, greedy, misogynistic  NBA top brass. Lol
