Yes your right there have been a lot of underachievers why? maybe because these players rode the Hype and failed to work hard both on their game and some on their attitudes as well. They blew past players in hs, used their athletcism in college, and didn’t realize the nba is a whole different game and players are just as fast, quick, bigger, stronger, and athlethic as they are.  they took advantage of their ability and all the attention they gained went to their heads. sadly thats the truth

I didnt put lance cause he’s still my age and i believe he will pull it together… And if you were to give him the opportunity to play he’d be puttin up very decent numbers.

The 2012-2013 salary cap amounts were locked in as part of the Collective Bargaining Agreement settlement reached last December, both sides agreed to try and “grow” their way out of the economic problems they had and rather than hammer the players with roll backs, the cap number was basically frozen for two years to let revenues catch up to the new formula. Most pundits believe that based on revenue from last season that if the NBA keeps pace, the salary cap in July of 2013 could grow to as much as $60 million per team. The current cap figure is $58.044 million per team.

I envision the scene somewhat differently. I imagine White flushed with panic somewhere, his heart beating out of his chest, his knuckles whiten as his hands grip the chair he is sitting in, extra and unnecessary adrenaline coursing through his veins. Most likely on the edge of tears, White is praying and wishing that this debilitating and merciless fear that is quickly overtaking his mind would just leave him alone. “This was supposed to be a new beginning, a fresh start. Why is this happening… why now?” I imagine White asking himself, feeling some combination of agony and anger. For those that have ever felt the cruel clutch of anxiety, they know this scenario isn’t all that far-fetched.safer232323

“Anyone can do it once in a while,” Frank said. “You don’t get to this league without talent. What usually separates players is the ability, one, to fight through fatigue and have greater will than skill; two, is the consistency of doing what you do — whatever your job is — and doing it every single night.”

”My first time, it was much more dramatic. It was a team that was trying to change its image. It was a team that had won 21 games in the regular season,” Aldridge said. ”So that time was a lot different than this one. This time we really have some good pieces, and I think guys are actually better this time. ”

The Oklahoma City Thunder had a quiet offseason, opting to mainly stand pat after losing to the Miami HEAT in the NBA Finals. It looked like they were going to rely on internal development to help them get to the next level this season, but then an extension could not be worked out with James Harden, the reigning Sixth Man of the Year, and they shocked the entire basketball world by sending him to the Houston Rockets along with Cole Aldrich, Lazar Hayward and Daequan Cook in exchange for Kevin Martin, Jeremy Lamb, two first-round picks and a second-round pick.

A solid deep threat in college, Ross has NBA three-point range and a smooth stroke with a high release. Casey had specifically requested that the Raptors add more shooters this summer. Unfortunately for Ross, Raptors president and general manager Bryan Colangelo honored Casey’s request in spades. The Raptors added several players who can knock down threes including Kyle Lowry, John Lucas III and Landry Fields
